i.e. using your existing branding to create social post and story templates for promoting open houses and new listings. These 4 hours would cover 5 story templates, 10 post templates, and training on canva.

Templates for Print materials | 6 HOURS | $300

i.e. using your existing branding to create either canva or editable pdf documents for listing brochures, CMA covers, buyer guides, etc. These 6 hours would cover any 3 templates.

Monthly as need design support | $25/hour

i.e. for agents looking for more routine design support, I can provide a contract with a predetermined cap of weekly hours in which I can help design email blasts, printed materials, update websites, and post on social media.
